Enrollment Fee
Enrollment fee is $60 per child, with a maximum of $180 per family.
What Does My Membership Include?
- Well-child visits based on the American Academy of Pediatrics schedule
- Up to 36 sick visits per year, including triage calls/texts/emails
- Same or next-day sick visits
- Minimal or no-wait appointments
- After-hours access to pediatrician for urgent or emergency situations
- Completion of school, sports, and camp physicals as needed
- Lactation counseling at newborn appointments
- In-office procedures*, such as:
- Nebulizer treatments
- Rapid RSV testing
- Rapid Strep testing
- Wart Removal
- Foreign body removal from ear or nose
- Simple laceration repair
- Urinalysis, dipstick (without microscopy)
- Blood glucose test
- Splint application for closed fracture
- Nursemaid’s elbow reduction
*Labs and testing that cannot be performed in-house will be offered at a discounted rate through selected vendors.
*In-person office visits for urgent issues after 5pm Monday-Friday or on Saturday/Sunday will incur an after-hours charge of $75.
