We love Dr. Diana!! She is knowledgeable and very caring. We love how much time she spends with us at every visit. We have never had such quality care!! I know that whenever I call, email or text (yes she is THAT accessible!!) I will always get a response directly from her. When the kids are sick I know we will see her and not someone else, which makes a difference in the quality of care you receive – consistency is important and if you are seeing multiple different providers within a practice you lose someone connecting the dots on something potentially bigger. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Diana! I am so happy we decided to have her as our pediatrician, I feel like I have a partner in my children’s health and not just taking a number at an office to be rushed in and out as quickly as possible.

Dr. Diana is bringing pediatric care back to the way it should be. Her patient to doctor relationship is nothing like I have experienced from other doctors. With our newborn she has been on top of his care from day one. She came to our house for the first few appointments and she even consulted me on a few different breastfeeding techniques because she is a certified lactation consultant. I owe my success with breastfeeding to her. She spends a lot of time with you at appointments and makes sure to answer all your questions thoroughly. She is always available and I love the fact that I can text her with questions or concerns I have rather than having to take my child in to an office every time I have a simple question. I am so happy we found Living Water Pediatrics. I know my child is in the best hands with Dr. Diana!

We took our 4.5 month old daughter to see Dr Roberson regarding a rash. Not only was she very knowledgeable, she provided world class service. I could tell my daughter was very comfortable with her. I was so impressed by Dr Roberson and the service she provided on a personal level that I couldn’t stop talking about our visit the whole day! Dr. Diana is unlike any pediatrician we have met. We have been nothing but impressed with her level of personalized care and attention to detail with our daughters (newborn and 2 year old). She takes the time to listen and understand your concerns as well as talk you through next steps and treatments if necessary. We feel so lucky to have found Dr. Diana Roberson with Living Water Pediatrics! Our experience with her has been far superior to any other practice. She spends more than one hour with my child, going in depth to answer any questions or concerns that I have. Dr. Roberson could not have been more wonderful! She was so calming and gentle with my son and me. She explained the treatment course that was best to take, told me every step and how each step would go. Thank you!

Dr. Roberson was AMAZING! She was VERY thorough and came up with a plan and explained it very well to me. After the test results came in, she explained everything very well and told me what the next step should be. We need to go to the hospital and she called and spoke to them to update them on our situation. The hospital was waiting for us. Given the situation—this was a great experience!

Dr. Roberson cared for a friend of mine’s daughter, who needed stitches.  I have been a pediatric nurse for 35 years, and I have never seen a four year old sit still like she did, the entire time, like she was having a “princess spa day!”  Dr. Roberson was totally holistic in her approach, not rushed, and obviously caring for the “whole child,” not just the injury at hand.  She was also very accommodating to the family–including us in the entire process–not looking at us as any kind of hindrance.  I am so very grateful to see a doctor that has the medical, and the bedside skills, like Dr. Roberson does.  She is a rarity in today’s medical world, in my opinion.  Thank you.
